The Steering Committee of the International Task Force on Teachers for Education 2030 (Teacher Task Force) will convene its second meeting of 2026 on 30 March 2026, held virtually at 13:30 (Paris time).
The Steering Committee plays a central governance role in guiding the work of the Secretariat and setting the strategic and thematic direction of the Teacher Task Force. Composed of elected representatives from across the Task Force’s membership, it provides oversight, reviews progress and supports alignment with the Task Force’s mandate. The June Steering Committee meeting will focus on reviewing key outcomes from the 2026 Annual Meeting and agreeing on priorities for the year ahead. Members will discuss and approve the 2026–2027 workplan, review membership applications, and address other governance and operational matters relevant to the work of the Teacher Task Force.
The outcomes of the meeting will inform the continued implementation of the Teacher Task Force’s work in support of strengthening the teaching profession globally.
This will be a closed meeting, open to Steering Committee members only.
