Teacher Policy Measures in Angola’s National Education Development Plan (2017–2030)
Angola’s National Education Development Plan (2017–2030) sets out the country’s strategic framework for education policy, planning, and system development. It includes several key provisions related to teacher policy, notably measures to attract and recruit qualified teachers, strengthen initial teacher education and continuous professional development, and improve school leadership and management. Teacher-related policy measures are outlined in Section 5.6 (pp. 140–142), covering pre-primary, primary, secondary, and teacher education.
