Media and Information Literacy for Adult Educators
The Media and Information Literacy (MIL) Manual for Adult Educators is a self-paced online course designed to strengthen educators’ ability to teach MIL to adult learners. It consists of eight thematic units covering topics such as social media dynamics, digital security, AI literacy, gender equality online, and countering disinformation. Each unit includes learning objectives, interactive activities, practical exercises, and assessments that progressively build MIL competencies. Designed for flexible learning, each module takes approximately 60 minutes to complete. Additional references are provided to support deeper understanding and application in adult education contexts.
